Our EU-100 connector is our bet on the Eurostandard 10.4 mm series. A high-flow, high-strength quick coupling unlike many others in the IMOPAC range.

In the industrial sector, having a reliable and robust pneumatic connector is essential to optimize operational efficiency. The EU-100 is simply our response to that need: a single-seal quick coupling designed to fit the larger Eurostandard format—the German 10 mm profile. Specifically engineered for high-performance applications, this model was developed to stand out for its reliability, flow capacity, and resilience in the most demanding environments.

Technical Specifications: Guaranteed Performance

Our EU-100 has been developed to operate at a recommended working pressure between 0 and 12 bar, although it has been tested at much higher levels. Its components, made of brass and nickel-plated steels, allow it to adapt to a wide range of pneumatic applications. Additionally, it typically uses standard NBR seals, making it suitable for extreme conditions, from –20 °C to +100 °C¹. This makes it an ideal choice for typical working environments.

With a flow rate of 2,500 l/min, based on testing on our own test bench, the EU-100 ensures optimal airflow even in high-demand applications. This capacity is essential for pneumatic equipment that requires a constant air supply, ensuring efficient, uninterrupted operation. Its robustness has been verified with over 20,000 connection-disconnection cycles without failure—a durability and reliability backed by IMOPAC.
